Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bars

Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup of Peanut Butter (could substitute PBfit made into paste for more protein)
- 1/4 cup of sweetener (honey, maple syrup, agave, etc.)
- 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
- 1/3 cup of flaxseed meal
- 1 serving of Chocolate Pro+
- 2.5 oz of your favorite chocolate
- Course Salt
Steps:
1. Mix together Peanut Butter, coconut oil, and sweetener (honey, maple syrup, or agave, etc.) Add in Pro+ and flaxseed meal. Use a spoon or your hands to fully combine.
2. Press mixture into 8x4 pan lined with parchment.
3. Melt your chocolate and pour over the peanut butter mixture.
4. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Sprinkle with course salt, cut, and serve!
